The console is very difficult for an audio guy to program.

The instructions are about as clear as mud and searches throughout you tube who generally never fails, couldn't find anything on making this console work.
Shehds fixture personalities should already be loaded into the desk.
First thing you have to do is go find the profile for the fixture you are using then load it into the console before even getting started !

The console works ok but the programming has been way harder than. It should be.
A very detailed instructional video on your website would be a much better way to help your customers.
