SHEHDS Warranty Policy

1. APPLICATION

  1. This Warranty Policy sets forth the standard warranty terms applicable to the SHEHDSbranded Product(s) purchased from SHEHDS (“Seller”).This Warranty Policy is intended to supplement the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  2. This Warranty Policy is intended to supplement the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  3. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized words and expressions contained in this Warranty Policy shall have the meaning as given in the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. WARRANTY TERMS

  1. SHEHDShereby warrants, to the original purchaser, SHEHDS’s Products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a prescribed period from the date of purchase . It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence, at the time service is sought.

 

  1. For warranty service you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA#) before sending back the product–please contact Service Department atEmail: Nicole@shehds.com.Send products only to the address specified .Do not send the returned product to the original address, please contact Nicole before returning it.All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, SHEHDS will pay return shipping charges only to a designated point.If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in it’s original package.

 

  1. This warranty is void if the product identification or barcodehas been altered or removed; If the product has been repaired or maintained by anyone other than SHHEHDS, unless SHHEHDS has issued prior authorization to the purchaser; if the product has been damaged due to not being properly maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.

 

  1. This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning or periodic check up. During the period specified above, SHEHDSwill replace defective parts at its expense with new or refurbished parts, and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship.  The sole responsibility of SHEHDS under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at the sole discretion of SHEHDS. 

 

  1. SHEHDSreserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured. No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is given or made with respect to any accessory supplied with products described above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties made by SHEHDS in connection with this product, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above. And no warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, shall apply to this product after said period has expired. The consumer’s and/or Dealer’s sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided above; and under no circumstances shall SHEHDS be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.

 

This warranty is the only written warranty applicable to SHEHDS Productand supersedes all prior warranties and written descriptions of warranty terms and conditions heretofore published.

 

 

3. WARRANTY PERIODS

  1. SHEHDS LED Par light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  2. SHEHDS LED COB light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  3. SHEHDS Bulb Beam Moving Head Light Products= 1 Year (365 Days) Limited Warranty.
  4. SHEHDS LED Beam Moving Head Light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty.
  5. SHEHDS LED Wash Moving Head Light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty.
  6. SHEHDS LED Beam&Spot Moving Head Light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty.
  7. SHEHDS LED Wall Wash Light Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  8. SHEHDS Waterproof Light Products= 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  9. SHEHDS Laser light Products= 1-Year (365 Days) Limited Warranty (excluding laser diodes which have a 6 month limited warranty)
  10. SHEHDS DMX Controller Products= 2-year (730 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  11. SHEHDS Effect Light Products= 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).
  12. SHEHDS Effect Equipment Products= 1-year (365 days) Limited Warranty (excluding batteries which have a 180 day limited warranty).

 

 

4. WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PROCEDURES

  1. Any warranty claim by the Buyer based on any defect in Finished Products or spare parts shall be notified upon Delivery as provided under the Terms and Conditions of Sale or, where the defect could not reasonably have been discovered during the examination of the Products at the time of Delivery within seven (7) days after manifestation of the defect, failing which Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Finished Products or spare parts as non-defective. Warranty claims notified by the Buyer to Seller after the expiration of the warranty terms stated in provision 3are not accepted.Provide relevant documents such as product order number, complete videos and pictures of the product and packaging according to the staff's instructions.
  2. Returns may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the original date the item was received by the buyer. The shipping cost paid by the seller and the shipping cost to send the item back will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
  3. Non-returnable Items:

Used or damaged items; Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC）； Labor and/or Installation Services,；product itself that has been opened,；customized orders.
