CONSTELLASER is a lightweight Bluetooth laser light control tool application designed exclusively for smart laser lighting devices. This application only completes device scanning, pairing, connection and light control via local Bluetooth. FAQ

Q1: Why cannot the app detect the laser light device?

A1: Please ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled, and the device is powered on and in pairing standby mode. Turn off interfering Bluetooth devices nearby, and restart the app or the device before retrying. iOS users are required to grant Bluetooth permission to this application.

Q2: The device shows connected but the light cannot be controlled?

A2: This issue may be caused by abnormal Bluetooth connection cache. Please ignore the device in your system Bluetooth list, restart both the device and the app, and re-pair to restore normal control.

Q3: Does the app collect personal privacy data?

A3: CONSTELLASER does not collect, upload or share any personal privacy information. It only scans Bluetooth devices locally for control purposes. All data is stored locally on the mobile device and will not be uploaded to the cloud.

Q4: How to reset all settings?

A4: Uninstall and reinstall the app to clear all local configurations and connection records.
